RETURNS & REFUNDS
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be in their original condition
- include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- show no signs of use or damage
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at info@graetzitalia.it to request return authorization
- Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during shipping
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team
Customers are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by our warehouse.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless:
- the product is defective
- the product is damaged upon delivery
- an incorrect item was delivered
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time and provide:
- a description of the issue
- photographic evidence (if possible)
In such cases, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- products without original packaging
- customized or personalized items (if applicable)
